Covid-19 Protocols

Observe Scranton and its organizers are taking safety in regard to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic highly serious. All state and CDC guidelines will be followed including but not limited to:

• Masks required at all indoor and outdoor events.

• Social distancing is encouraged at all times.

• Indoor spaces, such as for our visual exhibits, will have a limited capacity and will be monitored by trained volunteers.

• All core staff from Observe Scranton, The Center For The Living City and Scranton Fringe are fully vaccinated.

• Temperature checks for all volunteers and routine health checks before, after and during Observe Scranton will be conducted.
